Career forms collect your name, contact details, location, experience, license and endorsement information, equipment and authority details where applicable, and any documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information solely to evaluate your interest in driving or contracting opportunities and to contact you about them. Submitting a form is an expression of interest. It does not create an application for employment, an offer of employment, or a contract.

Background and safety checks

If a conversation progresses toward an actual opening, any background, driving-record, drug and alcohol testing, or verification steps required by law will be explained to you, and your authorization will be requested separately before they are performed.

Storage and access

Submissions and uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded files are held in a private storage location and are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

Retention and your choices

We keep applicant information for as long as needed to evaluate your interest and meet recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to update or delete your submission by contacting Zen Freight LLC at (425) 380-0111.
